Responsibilities:
Operate machinery to assist in the production process
Manage crew as needed

Qualifications
Prior experience in a production setting required, with fencing industry preferred
Familiar with production equipment and machinery
Sharp attention to detail
Self-driven and hard worker
Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Flexible to work shifts, overtime and weekends as required
Able to stand for long hours at a time
Able to withstand a variety of weather changes
Physically able to lift, carry and move up to 80lbs
Can pass a drug test
Has a valid drivers license

Foreman will report to the owners of the company directly.

Pay is negotiable and based on experience.

This is a full time position in our South Bend, Indiana facility.
